Performance Management in a VUCA world

Performance management challenge in organisations has many dimensions in today’s complex and dynamic business environment. Trends in the economy and society entail a changed understanding of performance with effect on performance management. In the future, classic management and control systems will no longer be sufficient to manage the performance of employees, teams and companies optimally. The rigid focus on target lists and the unreflective use of tools is ineffective. The new VUCA environment requires to change the focus on and the methods of performance management.
